• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your
  work on various projects.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or other design tools.
• Visual Design: Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual
  hierarchy.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive
  prototypes.
• Responsive Design: Experience designing interfaces for various devices and screen sizes.
• User Research: Ability to conduct user research, create personas, and develop user journey
  maps.
• Information Architecture: Knowledge of organizing information in an intuitive way.
• Basic HTML/CSS: Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and feedback to refine designs and improve user
  experiences.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with
  the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
