We are looking for an experienced (4 + years) MBA graduate Business Development Executive, who has proven skills in marketing and business development in a Software Company which is purely focused on Service Industry. At Spark support, all our clients are from abroad. We are not limited to one or two services, but an array of services that you can sell and bring business to the company.  The targets you achieve are highly rewarding and you will be working closely with management. You will get enough flexibility and budget to achieve your goals.



  • Responsible for Business-to-Business lead generation, prospecting, and sales conversion for international clients.
  • Creating robust sales pipelines.
  • Creating and managing lists of prospects across our target client segments.
  • Systematic follow-up with each prospect.
  • Deliver personal targets of lead generation in a specified service offering or geography.
  • Initiating and developing relationships with key decision-makers for business development.
  • Setting up appointments with clients to give company presentations
  • Willing to travel abroad, along with the management to acquire business.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
  • Must have worked in Digital Marketing sales.
  • Knowledge of Digital marketing services (bonus for those who have completed a course/ internship in Digital Marketing).
  • Good negotiation, convincing, and client servicing skills.
  • LinkedIn Sales-Navigator experience is necessary.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Cold calling experience is required.
