Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT HR Recruiter with a strong background in advanced sourcing strategies on Naukri.com, linkedin and expertise in recruiting for various technology stacks including Java (Backend & Frontend), Angular, DevOps, Linux, and more. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of full-cycle technical recruitment, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced IT hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements from technical teams and convert them into effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across key tech roles such as: Java Backend Developers, Frontend Developers (Angular/React), DevOps Engineers, Linux System Administrators

 

Other IT/Software roles as required

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand project-specific requirements.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards for recruitment metrics and SLAs.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience in a corporate or consultancy setup.
  • Proficiency in Naukri Resdex advanced search and Boolean logic for targeted sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience hiring for multiple technology domains such as Java, Angular, DevOps, Linux, etc.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment workflows.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical education background (B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc. IT) is a plus.
  • Exposure to bulk hiring, internal hiring, and lateral recruitment.
  • Basic understanding of IT terminologies and software development lifecycle.
