Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business
opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales of our IT products
and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in PowerPoint
presentations, and a proven track record of managing international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
– Identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
– Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and
industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
– Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
– Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring high levels of client
satisfaction.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

– Prepare and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to prospective clients.
– Develop detailed proposals and sales pitches that highlight the benefits and value of our IT
products/services.
– Conduct product demonstrations and webinars for international clients.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and campaigns.

Negotiation and Closing:

– Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients.
– Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
– Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities in the CRM system.

– Market and Industry Knowledge:
– Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
– Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
– Minimum 6 months experience required
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
– Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
– Willingness to travel internationally as required.
