MagicPolygon is an app allowing children and their families to create, narrate, record, share and livestream their own stories in an animated and fun way for an interactive and magical experience

Our client was facing interruptions while streaming maily when there are more users.

SparkSupport Solution:

• SparkSupport built a solution to calculate the usage of an instance based on the number of connections to Wowza and how high the usage of AWS instance. If the usage is high / medium we will spawn up new AWS instances and when the usage is normal or low, we destroy the existing instances  which are having  no users.

Impact on Business:

• Implementation Of Online Ordering system helped the client to gain market presence and also improved the business.
• Revamp enhanced the user experience and system performance which attracted more business.
